Payment

We accept payments through PayPal only. You don’t need to open a PayPal account in order
to pay with a credit card via PayPal.

Shipping

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!
All items are shipped in 7-10 work days from our studio in Israel. (Except items that are not in stock or special orders).
Time of shipping depends on the shipping method
1. Eco post takes 5-7 days (to most Countries) and costs $12, or is free if you    purchase for more than $100. Eco post option only apply to: Austria, Australia,    Italy, Usa, Belgium, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland,  England, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, France, Poland, Portugal.
2. EMS express takes 3-5 days (to most Countries) and costs $25 .
3. If you prefer delivery by UPS – please contact the studio.
 As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.
 We are not responsible if your purchase is held up by customs. Any duties and payments are the responsibility of the buyer. The duties change from country to country, and as such we cannot estimate nor pay these expenses. We attach the proper documentation to speed up the customs process.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days  and we will either refund or exchange the product. We will not cover the return shipping cost back.
Your refund/exchange will be issued once we receive your purchase and find it in saleable condition.
 If there is a quality issue with your purchase or any production damage,
let us know and we will exchange it or give you a refund and pay for all expenses .
Special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the product was damaged in production.
